Eligibility Criteria:

1 PGT(Post Graduate Teacher) Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate and pass in B.Ed. degree or equivalent from a recognized university
OR
Six years integrated Post Graduate Course with B.Ed. (after class XII) from Regional Institute of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University
OR
Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent CGPA from a recognized University and pass in four years B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. degree from a recognized institute.
2 TGT(Trained Graduate Teacher) Three years Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalent GPA in the subject(s) concerned or combination of subjects and as well as in aggregate or equivalent CGPA and B.Ed. degree from a recognized University.
OR
Four years integrated Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed degree of Regional Institute of Education of NCERT/ from any National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution with at least 50% marks or equivalent GPA in the subject(s) concerned or combination of
as well as in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
b) Pass in Paper–II of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSE.
3 Librarian Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or equivalent degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate.
OR
Three years Graduation in any subject and Diploma/Degree of minimum one year duration in Library Science from recognized institution with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
4 Special Educator a)       Three years Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
b)      B.Ed. (Special Education) with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university
OR
B. Ed in any subject other than special education and two years Diploma in Special Education from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university
OR
B. Ed in any subject other than special education and Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university
c)       Pass in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Paper II) conducted by CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
5 PRT(Primary Teacher) a)       Pass in Senior Secondary/ Higher Secondary School Certificate Test or Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA with English as subject in +2 level and two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from recognized Institution.
OR
Pass in Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary School Certificate Test or Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in aggregate with English as subject in +2 level and four years Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) from recognized Institution. OR
Pass in Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary School Certificate Test or Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in aggregate with English as subject in +2 level and two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) from recognized Institution.
OR
Graduation in any subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA and Bachelor’s of Education (B.Ed.) However such candidates have to mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE within two years of their appointment as Primary Teacher.
b)      Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (Paper-I) conducted by CBSE. Candidate with B.Ed. and qualified in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (Paper-II) shall also be eligible.
