Last Minute Plan To Crack UPTET 2018

Dear Readers,


UP Basic Education Board will conducted the UPTET 2018 Exam on 18th Nov 2018. UPTET qualified is necessary for all candidate who wants to become teacher in UP. This Exam will be held on the same day for both the papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2.

It is conducted by UP Basic Education Board for the recruitment of Government teachers. Paper 1 is given by those who want to teach the classes from I to V while Paper 2 is from Classes VI to VIII.

Child Development & Pedagogy (CD&P): 

This subject is common in both Paper 1 and Paper 2. This subject intends to check the knowledge of child psychology of a candidate.

All you need to schedule your plan and practice all the important topics for this section. Some of the important topics are- development stages of the child, special needs of a child, theories & their based questions and the most important is to revise the thinker and thoughts.



हिंदी भाषा:

हिंदी अनुभाग में 30 प्रश्न होंगे जिसमे अपठित अनुच्छेद, व्याकरण,साहित्य और अध्यापन कला से सम्बंधित  प्रश्न  होंगे. इस खंड से आप 20 से 25 प्रश्नों को आसानी से हल कर सकते है तथा समय भी बचा सकते है. इस खंड में अधिक समय देने कि आवश्यक्ता नहीं है.किसी भी प्रश्न को छोड़ना नहीं है क्योंकि इस परीक्षा में गलत प्रश्नों के लिए कोई अंक नहीं काटा जायेगा.



English Language:

This subject is common in both Paper 1 and Paper 2. You must solve 30 multiple choice questions in this section. The trick to score in the English section can vary from one person to another depending on his/her strengths and weaknesses. For best preparation, just refer NCERT from Class 1st to 10th. Make your vocabulary strong.  So, make your study plan & practice all the different topics for this section. Reading comprehension too should be attempted in a way that you attempt questions based on vocab and phrases first and then the questions that need a deeper penetration through the paragraphs.  Try to practice at least 2 hours a day. If you are good in this Section then easily score 20+ Marks.



Environmental Science/Science Section:

Science/EVS subject is asked in both UPTET Paper – 1 & 2 exam with some change. First of all, don’t start any new topic, revise your strong points. And most important thing practice previously year asked question as much as you can & analyze the pattern and type of questions mostly asked in the examination. If you are good in this section, then you can easily score 22+ Marks.


Mathematics section: 

If you are good in Mathematics then don’t need to panic but if you are weak then must practice questions on daily basis. Solve our daily quizzes on our web & Adda247 app with time bound. Do not stick to a single question if you are not able to solve it. Move forward with the questions that you are able to solve easily, without wasting much of your time on them.


Make a practical and effective strategy. Know your Weak and Strong topics. Study and practice hard on your weak points first then revise all your strong topics. 

Plan Of Action :

Go for the examination with a proper plan so that you aren’t barking the wrong trees while attempting the examination. Know what subjects you are good at and where you lag. Attempt the very section first that you are good at and weakest subject in the end. Doing this will ensure that much of the time is not wasted on solving the questions that are difficult to you and in the end you don’t fail to attempt the section that could get you a higher overall score. Do not stick to a single question if you are not able to solve it. Move forward with the questions that you are able to solve easily, without wasting much of your time on them.
